Hiking

We have a huge focus on cycling, but many of our favorite cycling places are popular walking paths too. We said some time back that our after ride recovery exercise would be a walk. It took us a while, and another commitment, to follow through on that. Russ is preparing for a 3 day memorial hike to honor a friend and we’ve been on Kennesaw Mountain a lot lately to get in the elevation change that will prepare him for that in Linville Gorge.

From the grandfather of hiking trails, The Appalachian Trail, to the more recent Silver Comet we write of so often, North Georgia has great paths and great organizations improving and increasing the opportunities available constantly. Check out these great resources.
